1. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to GlobeVision: Live Maps (the "Application"), provided by SHIMUL JEWELLERS (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS" and provides live earth exploration, satellite map views, street-level discovery, 3D map scenes, famous places, daily tools, and launcher-related functionality.

2. Information Collection and Use

When you download and use the Application, we may collect limited information to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

• Your device's IP address, device model, operating system, app version, screen resolution, timestamps, feature usage, and time spent using the Application.
• Device identifiers and advertising identifiers for analytics, attribution, performance measurement, advertising, and fraud prevention where permitted.
• Location-related information where you grant permission, used for map position, nearby places, local information, compass support, and location-related map features.
• Camera-related input only when you choose camera-based features.
• Microphone or voice input only when you choose voice or audio-related features.
• Launcher preferences, home screen customization settings, and wallpaper-setting choices if supported by the app version.
• Notification tokens or messaging identifiers may be processed when app notifications are enabled.
• Network, Wi-Fi, phone state, and device status information may be accessed to support connectivity checks, app compatibility, analytics, advertising, and service reliability.

3. Third Party Access

The Application may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, app distribution, map or satellite content, translation, attribution, messaging, and platform support. These providers may process limited technical or aggregated data according to their own privacy policies.

• Map, satellite, translation, attribution, advertising, or location service providers depending on app version and distribution channel

4. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may also manage permissions such as location, camera, microphone, notifications, launcher settings, and wallpaper access through Android device settings. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings where supported.

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Anonymous or aggregated analytics data may be retained for a reasonable period to improve performance and reliability.

You can delete locally stored app data by clearing the Application's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Application. If you contact us about deleting information associated with support requests, we will review and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information associated with the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

10. App Features and Permissions

Internet and Network State

Internet and network state permissions are used to load maps, satellite-style content, place pages, online pages, ads, analytics, crash reports, translation services, and other app content that requires a network connection.

Location

Fine and coarse location permissions may be used for map positioning, nearby places, local place information, compass-related support, and location-related map features. You can deny or revoke these permissions through Android settings.

Camera

Camera permission is used only for supported camera, live camera, 360 viewing, or visual preview features selected by the user. The Application does not use the camera unless a camera-based feature is opened or permission is granted.

Microphone

Microphone permission may be used for supported voice or audio-related features where available. The Application does not record audio for unrelated purposes.

Notifications and Messaging

Notification and cloud messaging permissions may be used to send app-related notices, service messages, reminders, or updates where supported. You can disable notifications in Android settings.

Advertising ID and Ad Services

Advertising ID, AdServices attribution, AdServices ad ID, and AdServices topics permissions may be used for advertising, attribution, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics where permitted by Google Play and Android settings.

Phone State, Basic Phone State, Wi-Fi State, and Device Status

Phone state, basic phone state, Wi-Fi state, wake lock, and device status permissions may be used for compatibility checks, network status detection, service reliability, analytics, advertising SDK operation, and keeping active user-visible tasks running when needed.

Wallpaper and Launcher Customization

Set wallpaper and wallpaper-related permissions may be used only for supported wallpaper-setting or launcher home screen customization behavior where available in the app version. Because the Application is a launcher application, it may update home screen layout behavior, app access surfaces, widgets, shortcuts, search surfaces, wallpaper presentation, or icon arrangement when set as your default launcher. Your installed apps and personal files remain available on your device.

Delete Package Request

The request delete packages permission may be used only to help users start standard Android uninstall flows for apps or launcher-related management actions. The Application does not silently uninstall apps.

Vibration

Vibration permission may be used for basic feedback, alerts, or interaction responses inside supported app features.

Google Play License and Install Referrer

Google Play license and install referrer permissions may be used to verify app distribution, measure installs, support attribution, and help prevent fraud or abuse.
